Description

This course teaches valuable skills to help children recognise and manage their emotions, alleviate anxiety and face challenges with more confidence.

The course includes movement to music, craft activities, story telling, mindfulness, visualisation and the 5 steps to self regulation.

Summer Workshop

Time: 10-1 pm each day over 2 days.

Dates: 11-12 August for children aged 4-6 years.

13-14 August for children aged 7-9 years.

Venue: St Paul’s church hall, Addlestone.

Saturday Workshops

Time: 10-1.30 pm

Dates 27 September

Venue: St Paul’s church hall, Addlestone.

October half term workshop

Time: 10-1 pm each day.

Dates: 28-29 October.

For: Children age 4-6 years.

Venue: St Paul’s church hall, Addlestone.

February 2026 half term workshop

Time: 10-1 pm each day.

Dates: 18-19 February.

For: Children aged 7-9 years.

Venue: St Paul’s church hall, Addlestone.

Easter workshops

Time: 10-1 pm each day

Dates: 30-31 March 2026 for children aged 4-6 years
