This course will help your child overcome challenges, learn skills to reduce anxiety and manage their feelings, build more confidence and face their fears.
Each live group course is limited to 15 children.
Description
We are very excited to launch the first live group Superhero and villain course. This one we are offering to children aged 5-9yrs. If you book your child’s place before 31 July, you will get the course at the discounted price.
Join the Superheroes on an exciting adventure where you can overcome your fears, face challenges, learn how to manage your feelings, reduce anxiety, boost your confidence and find your inner superpowers.
On the adventure you will meet you inner Superheroes and learn how to activate them, meet the villains and how to take away their power and discover the power of your mind.
Parents – This 6 week workshop includes movement to music, craft activities, confidence and self-belief games, mindfulness and visualisation leaving your child more confident and equipped with tools and strategies to face their challenges.
The course will be held on Tuesdays from 4.30-5.30pm for 6 weeks. Start date 6 September 2022. Limited to 15 spaces.
