My Imagination courses and workshops are based on the scientific theory that positive thoughts + positive feelings = positive results.
Our courses teach children how to discover their inner superpowers and activate their inner superheroes to become masters of their own mind. Its Science!

Whether the challenge is school work, someone being mean on the playground or thoughts causing doubts in their mind, our courses provide a toolbox of strategies and techniques at their fingertips, or in their imagination!

About the creator
Anxiety and low confidence were a big part of Kate’s life from a young age.
Before Kate created My Imagination, she was a Royal Academy of Dance ballet teacher. She met many children in her work and recognised how many young people were stuck with anxiety, depression and low self-esteem.
She has created many tools and techniques to help children to become more confident and able to manage their feelings when in challenging situations.
Kate is a Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner, a Life Coach, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Practitioner and a Mindfulness Practitioner as well as being trained in Emotional Literacy.
Based in Surrey, Kate regularly runs school wellbeing and mindfulness sessions, online coaching and face to face workshops from her home studio.
She has worked with children and young people on a wide range of issues and is passionate about emotional wellbeing of children and helping them strengthen their inner Superpowers.
