About the creator
Anxiety and low confidence were a big part of Kate’s life from a young age.
Before Kate created My Imagination, she was a Royal Academy of Dance ballet teacher. She met many children in her work and recognised how many young people were stuck with anxiety, depression and low self-esteem.
She has created many tools and techniques to help children to become more confident and able to manage their feelings when in challenging situations.
Kate is a Life Coach, CBT Practitioner, a children’s Mindfulness and a Well-being Practitioner as well as being trained in Emotional Literacy.
Based in Surrey, Kate runs school well-being and mindfulness sessions and 1-1 courses.
She has worked with children and young people on a wide range of issues and is passionate about their emotional well-being and helping them strengthen their inner Superpowers.
