Have you ever experienced over thinking or negative thinking?   I have!

How do you manage it?

The thing with thinking is that we have over 60,000 thoughts a day so it can be challenging to notice what we are thinking especially if we are experiencing uncomfortable feelings.  The way to notice what we are thinking, is to notice how we feel.  And to change how you feel, reach for a happy feeling thought.  Because our thoughts, feelings and actions are connected, when you change your thinking, you change how you feel.
